Where we ship
We ship from Lithuania to Lithuania and to 28 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Lithuania: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or if a parcel is held in customs.
Ordering for Halloween
Halloween has a hard deadline and the post gets busy in October. To be confident of arrival before 31 October, we recommend ordering by 10 October within the EU, and by 1 October outside it. We'll say so plainly on the site if stock or dispatch times slip.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders within the European Union include all applicable taxes, with nothing further to pay on delivery.
For orders outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your government, aren't included in our prices, and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll happily resend it once the return postage is covered.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email tinystarlet55@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
